$100K–$110K Annual Salary + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule

We partner with families, hospitals, and care providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care throughout New York City.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Field Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in Manhattan and the Bronx. If you're looking for meaningful work, a stable weekday schedule, and competitive compensation, this opportunity is for you.

Position Overview

As a Field RN, you will provide skilled nursing services and in-home assessments while developing individualized care plans and collaborating with caregivers and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home skilled nursing assessments and visits
Create, manage, and update individualized care plans
Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, medications, and self-care
Accurately document all care activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care delivery
Supervise home health aides when required

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Field-based travel across Manhattan and the Bronx

Qualifications:

Active New York State RN license
1–2 years of nursing experience in home care, long-term care, or related setting preferred
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Reliable transportation for travel within boroughs
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
Professional liability insurance required

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year
