Job Title: RN - Outpatient/Ambulatory Care Nurse

Location: New York, NY - 10029

Pay: $50-$53/hr

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (M-F)

Hours: 5x8

Job Description:

Seeking and experienced RN - Outpatient to join our ambulatory care team. The Clinical Nurse will provide safe, competent, and quality care to a designated group of patients using evidence-based practices. In this role, you’ll work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and promote health education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on their health, care plans, and disease prevention
• Implement evidence-based practices for continuous quality improvement
• Promote patient safety and operational efficiency
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned
• Maintain professional development through ongoing education and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• NYS RN License & BLS Certification
• 2+ years of ambulatory care or RN/LPN experience
• EPIC experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing with relevant experience considered
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience for travel positions (not required for Per Diem)
